ABOUT
Where I've Been
I've chased a dream to make an impact on the world for as long as I can remember. My heart has always been in serving the public sector, and I've trained my brain to analyze data, communicate stories, and produce results to effect change. I've worked for nonprofits, governments, consulting firms and evidence-based programs, all in the pursuit of making today's world a little bit better than yesterday's.
Where I'm Going
I have a lot of interests, and have amassed a broad portfolio of experiences. Over the years, I've learned that I want to continue to pursue creating social impact, while focusing on the following:
ANALYZING problems, people and data to find opportunities for impact
CREATING content, tools, and action plans to effect change
COMMUNICATING stories and solutions to drive consensus and achieve results.

MY EXPERIENCE
As a professional in my field, I’ve had the opportunity to hold a variety of roles in many different companies throughout the years. Take a look below to learn more about my background and experience.

In my role with the City of Atlanta’s Office of the Chief Strategy Officer, I provide project management for complex, cross-departmental initiatives, coordinating planning and execution across diverse stakeholder groups. I develop and maintain project charters, work plans, timelines, and dashboards to track progress, manage risks, and support delivery. I also lead research, benchmarking, and environmental scans to inform project goals, sequencing, and feasibility, and partner with teams to define meaningful KPIs and success metrics aligned to enterprise priorities. In parallel, I conduct data and financial analyses to inform executive-level decision-making and create clear reports and presentations that synthesize findings, highlight tradeoffs, and support change-focused implementation.
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST, STRATEGY & GROWTH, JOBS FOR THE FUTURE

I provided project management for the development of organizational strategy as well as unit specific-strategies, aligning workstreams and monitoring progress toward deadlines. I also contributed to both the creation of strategies themselves as well as created content to document and communicate strategies. I worked with leaders across the organization to consult on key aspects of their unit strategies and help ensure strategies align to overarching organizational goals. I also led aspects of programmatic development around new partnership initiatives, including defining partnership scopes and building budgets. I managed strategic partnerships such as mergers and acquisitions and created business cases for targeted partnership opportunities. I also provided research and consulting on market trends and provided analysis to support strategic decision-making around which programs and partnerships to prioritize for growth.

At Habitat for Humanity International, I supported the development and implementation of the U.S. Research and Learning agenda, with a focus on translating evidence into action across a national affiliate network. I led project management for several key initiatives, developing and managing project plans, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and ensuring steady progress from concept through implementation. A core part of my role involved designing and executing affiliate communication and engagement strategies—creating tools, resources, and forums that helped partners understand and apply our research, and integrating their feedback into our work. I also partnered closely with internal and external stakeholders to build alignment, support adoption, and strengthen the evidence-based case for Habitat’s impact.

EDUCATION
M.S. IN PUBLIC POLICY AND MANAGEMENT
HEINZ COLLEGE, CARNEGIE MELLON UNIVERSITY
August 2013 - May 2015
My graduate degree was focused on data-driven decision making in the public sector. I took courses in Policy Analysis, Program Evaluation, SAS and R, Management Science, Database Management, Organizational Design, and Financial Analysis, among others. Through this program I developed a deep appreciation for evidence-based practices, a fondness for visualizing data, and a reverence for effective communication.
BACHELORS OF ART IN: POLITICAL SCIENCE; INTERNATIONAL STUDIES; FRENCH; AND COMPARATIVE LITERATURE
SCHREYER HONORS COLLEGE, PENN STATE UNIVERSITY
August 2008 - May 2012
Why have one major, when you can have four? My undergraduate experience highlights a central tenet of my worldview: a passion for working across domains and drawing connections between disparate fields, synthesizing ideas and theories to develop new perspectives. Political science provided models and frameworks to conduct analyses, while comparative literature taught me how to use culture to examine human motivations; simultaneously, international studies and French expanded my horizons beyond the borders of the U.S.

MY SKILLS
My biggest strength is my ability to learn quickly, and leverage new skills to make an impact. Below are some of the skills I've honed over the years.
INTEGRATED PROJECT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
I’m a highly organized person and genuinely enjoy bringing structure to complex, multi-workstream efforts. I’m trained in project management and experienced in developing project charters, work plans, timelines, and dashboards; tracking dependencies and risks; and keeping initiatives moving from strategy through execution in fast-changing environments.

STRATEGY-TO-EXECUTION ALIGNMENT
I love the messy middle between big ideas and real-world implementation. I work with leaders and teams to translate strategy into clear goals, priorities, and sequencing, and to make sure plans, timelines, and decision-making stay aligned to what actually needs to get done.
IMPACT MEASUREMENT AND KPI DESIGN
I’m deeply comfortable working with data, metrics, and measurement systems to understand what’s working and what’s not. I’ve led and supported efforts to design KPIs, develop standardized measurement approaches, and use evidence to guide decisions, improve programs, and demonstrate impact.

SYNTHESIS, COMMUNICATION AND DECISION SUPPORT
I’m skilled at taking in a lot of complex information and turning it into something people can actually use. I create clear briefs, decks, dashboards, and written guidance that synthesize data and stakeholder input, highlight tradeoffs, and support confident, informed decision-making.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
I do my best work in close partnership with people. I build strong one-on-one relationships with stakeholders, coordinate across teams and organizations, and organize peer learning and information-sharing efforts that keep complex initiatives aligned and moving forward. My focus is on clear communication, trust, and making sure the right people are engaged at the right moments.

"We must dare to think 'unthinkable' thoughts. We must learn to explore all the options and possibilities that confront us in a complex and rapidly changing world. We must learn to welcome and not to fear the voices of dissent. We must dare to think about 'unthinkable things' because when things become unthinkable, thinking stops and action becomes mindless."
J. William Fulbright
